Title: BEEF CHILI
Category: Soups

In the late sixties in Aspen there was a bar called The Pub. It was one of three places where the locals hung out. The Pub served extremely hot chili. I suggested to Chris that we copy the idea and he came up with this recipe, Bob Miller may have also had a hand in the making of it. Martin takes the credit for the idea of calling the chili "Sympathy for the Devil" and for the chili beer "Sympathy for the Customer." I think Martin also gets the credit for the daily "Chili Rating" a numerical rating based on the Richter Scale.
